As part of its recent relaunch, AIIMCC is rolling out a new communication and outreach strategy designed to strengthen understanding of ISNI and its advantages. This includes an expanded social media programme and the release of short video capsules featuring prominent figures from across the creative sector—highlighting how persistent identifiers support visibility and integrity in creative work. AIIMCC is also preparing a series of conferences, training sessions and workshops focused on interoperability between ISNI and other standard identifiers.

To ensure easier access to ISNI assignments, AIIMCC has introduced multiple application routes. Creators may now request an ISNI via an online form, through an editable registration format shared by email, or—soon—via a dedicated mobile app currently under development. The team has also formalised cooperation agreements with key institutions including the Sociedad General de Escritores de México (SOGEM), Universidad Panamericana, and the Mexican Academy of Political and Social Sciences (AMPOL) with a view to integrating their members into the ISNI system to promote consistent, high-quality identification across creative disciplines. Further collaborations are under negotiation as part of the agency’s wider regional outreach efforts.
